I’m now 26 weeks pregnant &amp; am loving being active &amp; healthy again :)  lots of walking, elliptical and Tracy Anderson Pregnancy Project! eating more clean than I was before pregnancy.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;water (hydration), movement everyday, good nutrition &amp; sleep are my recommendations. it’s what’s keeping me going in this last trimester. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;pay attention to what your body is saying. as you get bigger, take it easy but also get out there (with your dr’s permission) and treasure your body at this amazing time :)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I’m pregnant!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;8 weeks at the moment, and right in the middle of the morning sickness stage. It’s been a battle to eat right - thankfully i have been craving fruit, but also crackers, bread and burgers. Once the nausea goes away, I’m back to eating clean and will seek advice about strength training (I miss my kettlebells!) and cardio while pregnant.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I’m determined to be as fit as possible this pregnancy. &lt;p&gt;A great one for beginners like me, to work up the stamina and strength to keep moving for 30 minutes a day, 5-6 days a week.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5 weeks ago, I couldn’t jog on my rebounder (mini trampoline) for more than 3 minutes at a time. Much sadness. Before the end of 2011, I set a goal that it’s put up or shut up - can’t have a flabby stomach, be out of breath and magically get fit without effort.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I started pushing myself to keep going for 5 minutes, then 8 minutes. Then I picked 3 songs on my iPhone and ran until those songs finished.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Every few days, I’d pick a new song which added another 3 minutes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Today was my first day running for 32 minutes straight and it makes me proud :) I finished - not in a pile on the floor - but happy and smiling. My next goals are 35, 38 and 45 minutes. I still consider myself a beginner, but the progress is evident just by looking at my playlist :) &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So to anyone who is at the beginning and wants a place to start - start with 3 songs (or even 1 or 2) and GO FOR IT.
