I’m thinking of keeping a seperate video blog - as part of learning about how to manage my anxiety etc, I’ve started to talk to my camera about the situation I’m in or about to face. I think it helps make me be real about things and be honest.

reading the #exposure therapy tag while bub is napping on me… really proud of all those people who are putting themselves out there despite their anxiety & panic & agoraphobia issues.
I’m working on the same - my issue seems to be the heat so i make sure to go outside when it’s warm or hot, instead of hiding inside next to the fan. and not cranking up the air conditioning ‘just because’ I’m uncomfortable. slowly slowly….
fitness, to me, is not just getting my body into shape - it’s getting my mind into shape too. to be stronger than my insecurities - that’s winning to me.
nothing like gastroenteritis to bump you below your pre-pregnancy weight :/
at least now when I’m cleared to exercise in a couple of weeks (after my 6 week check up at my dr), I won’t be focused on my weight. I’ll be focused on how I feel :) would love to tone up & not jiggle so much lol
