just sharing one of my personal pics! I’m now 26 weeks pregnant & am loving being active & healthy again :)  lots of walking, elliptical and Tracy Anderson Pregnancy Project! eating more clean than I was before pregnancy.

water (hydration), movement everyday, good nutrition & sleep are my recommendations. it’s what’s keeping me going in this last trimester. 

pay attention to what your body is saying. as you get bigger, take it easy but also get out there (with your dr’s permission) and treasure your body at this amazing time :)

A quick update… I haven’t been eating so well or exercising much lately because …
I’m pregnant!
8 weeks at the moment, and right in the middle of the morning sickness stage. It’s been a battle to eat right - thankfully i have been craving fruit, but also crackers, bread and burgers. Once the nausea goes away, I’m back to eating clean and will seek advice about strength training (I miss my kettlebells!) and cardio while pregnant.
I’m determined to be as fit as possible this pregnancy. I swam alot with my other babies, but I want to do a little more than that this time :)

I’ve recently rekindled my love affair with oats (made with rice milk)… but it has to come with blueberries, apples & a sprinkling of choc chips. girl’s gotta get her chocolate in somehow!
