just sharing one of my personal pics! I’m now 26 weeks pregnant & am loving being active & healthy again :) lots of walking, elliptical and Tracy Anderson Pregnancy Project! eating more clean than I was before pregnancy.
water (hydration), movement everyday, good nutrition & sleep are my recommendations. it’s what’s keeping me going in this last trimester.
pay attention to what your body is saying. as you get bigger, take it easy but also get out there (with your dr’s permission) and treasure your body at this amazing time :)
